These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prime Ops Hauling website and services. By using our website, contacting us, or booking a job, you agree to these terms.

Services

Prime Ops Hauling provides junk removal, hauling, demolition, and cleanout services in Southwest Florida. Pricing, scope, and timing are confirmed at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope on-site differs from what was described. We'll always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Prime Ops Hauling at the number you provided. This consent is not required to make a purchase or use our services.

• Message types: appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service follow-ups, and occasional service-related communications.
• Message frequency: varies depending on your interaction with us. Typically a handful of messages per booking cycle.
• Cost: standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or call 239-222-7370.
• Carriers: messages are delivered via your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Property Access

You represent that you are authorized to remove the items or perform the work at the location you provide. Prime Ops Hauling is not liable for items removed at the customer's direction.

Items We Cannot Take

Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, motor oil), medical waste, live ammunition, and asbestos are excluded. If unsure, ask before booking.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, Zelle, and check.

Liability

Prime Ops Hauling carries general liability and is licensed to operate in Florida. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or damage that occurs as a foreseeable result of the requested work (e.g., wall holes from removed cabinetry).
